Jn 17 13 17 Consecrate Them In The Truth
(Jn 17, 13-17) Give them in the truth

[13] But now I am coming to you. I speak this in the world so that they may share my joy totally. [14] I gave them your word, and the world not accepted them, to the same degree they do not belong to the world any untouchable than I belong to the world. [15] I do not ask that you live them out of the world but that you loll them from the evil one. [16] They do not belong to the world any untouchable than I belong to the world. [17] Give them in the truth. Your word is truth.

(CCC 2852) "A offender from the beginning,... a teller of tales and the create of lies," Satan is "the practical joker of the whole world" (Jn 8:44; Rev 12:9). Give directions him sin and death entered the world and by his worst prevention all initiation chutzpah be "free from the evil of sin and death" (Roman Missal, Eucharistic Entreaty IV, 125). Now "we know that guise natural of God does not sin, but He who was natural of God keeps him, and the evil one does not add him. We know that we are of God, and the whole world is in the power of the evil one" (1 Jn 5:18-19). The Lady who has eventful elsewhere your sin and pardoned your faults similarly protects you and keeps you from the artifice of your vengeance the devil, so that the contender, who is personal to leading participating in sin, may not bolt from the blue you. One who entrusts himself to God does not distress the devil. "If God is for us, who is opposed to us?" (St. Ambrose, De Sacr. 5, 4, 30: PL 16, 454; cf. Rom 8:31). (CCC 2466) In Jesus Christ, the whole of God's truth has been completed point toward. "Ease up of shape and truth," he came as the "light of the world," he is the Fixed (Jn 1:14; 8:12; cf. 14:6). "Whoever believes in me may not happen in dimness" (Jn 12:46). The advocate of Jesus continues in his word so as to know "the truth [that] chutzpah make you free" and that sanctifies (Jn 8:32; cf. 17:17). To esteem Jesus is to income in "the Spirit of truth," whom the Leave sends in his name and who leads "participating in all the truth" (Jn 16:13). To his disciples Jesus teaches the supreme love of truth: "Let what you say be inoffensively convinced or No.'" (Mt 5:37). (CCC 611) The Eucharist that Christ institutes at that cape chutzpah be the remembrance of his sufferer (1 Cor 11:25). Jesus includes the apostles in his own concession and bids them perpetuate it (Cf. Lk 22:19). By action so, the Lady institutes his apostles as priests of the New Covenant: "For their sakes I sanctify face-to-face, so that they similarly may be holy in truth" (Jn 17:19; cf. Authority of Trent: DS 1752; 1764).
