Caramba! Esse clip tava amarrado! Deu todos os bugs poss'iveis e tive que refazer um monte de vezes! Mas como sangue de Jesus tem poder, j'a desamarramos e ele est'a finalmente no ar!
O clipe de eventos de 2011 ficou grande porque tinha muito evento, e ainda faltaram alguns. Infelizmente, eu perdi meu HD, e acabei perdendo tamb'em algumas fotos. Mas o Santo Facebook me salvou, j'a que eu tinha postado algumas e a galera que foi tamb'em ajudou postando. Esse clipe 'e um presente que dou a todos que estiveram presentes no meu 2011. Sei que vem muita gente de longe, de outras cidades e de outros estados, e valorizo imensamente esse carinho e atenc~ao que voc^es tem comigo, com o Renato e com nosso trabalho. 2011 foi um ano cheio de eventos, com muitos amigos antigos e novos, e espero que 2012 n~ao fique para tr'as e seja ainda melhor.

The room was warm and filled with the scent of essential oils as the flames of the candle flickered gently and soft music played in the background.
My body felt warm as I lay still on the bed feeling the vibrations of my opening chakras. My eyes were closed but I could see clearer than if they were open.
On the 25th of December I performed my first very long distance Reiki session. As I lay in South Africa, working with healing energies, the recipient of the therapy lay in the South of France feeling the effects of the energy just as strongly, if not more so, than if she were to have been in the same room, on the same continent at the same time as I was.
After the hour long session we gave each other feedback about the experience via instant messaging. It had, without a doubt been a very successful session for both of us.
Reiki is a form of hands-on healing therapy where the practitioner clears and re-aligns the energy and chakras of his or her client. It allows for the person having the therapy to receive healing energy so that he or she can begin to heal spiritually, emotionally and physically.
With the use of symbols, visualisation and the understanding of the use of healing energies a practitioner can take Reiki from being a hands-on therapy to being able to help people who are long distances away from them.
Scientific research that began as early as the 1960's and 1970's has proven that not only does this type of energy exist and can be experienced by two people over long distances but that there is no time delay between sender and receiver. The sharing of the energy is as instantaneous as if you were to physically touch a person sitting next to you.
With my experience as a Reiki practitioner over the past eight years, I can honestly say that although both are beneficial, I personally prefer to perform distance Reiki to the traditional hands-on form of therapy. The sessions take just as much time and require the same amount of "work". The difference for me is that I feel I can do more, see more and be more effective.
I was wondering why this is and I realised that when I am performing distance Reiki I am essentially "removing" a physical element and focusing a lot more on an energy level, which is where the magic happens. As a result I can create something more powerful with stronger healing intent which will ultimately be more beneficial to the person receiving the healing.
After my Reiki session on the 25th, as I slowly came out of my meditative state and began to become aware of my physical surroundings once again, I smiled. I could feel that the willingness of someone to receive the healing I was able to share made a huge difference and had opened a world of possibilities for both of us.

Continuing on with my exploration of the various positions one could assume when praying, begging, asking, entreating, imploring, importuning, or conjuring, I discovered that certain "prayer positions," in particular, the Islamic "salah" or "salat" has been proven to directly benefit your health. So, I'm thinking about formulating my own set of "begging exercises."

An important aspect of every religion is prayer. A prayer is an action or practice of communicating, commonly with a sequence of words, to a deity or spirit for the purpose of worshiping, requesting guidance, confessing sins, or to express one's thoughts and emotions.
The great spiritual traditions offer a wide variety of devotional acts. There are morning and evening prayers, graces said over meals, and reverent physical gestures.
Prayers exist in many different forms. Some Christians bow their heads and fold their hands. Native Americans dance. Some Sufis whirl. Hindus chant. Orthodox Jews sway their bodies back and forth. Quakers keep silent. Almost every religion has it's own form and structure.
WHAT YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW:
Prayers, apart from nourishing your soul, are also good for health! A Malaysian study suggests that prostration in praying is benefic for one's health. "Salah" (or "Salat" - the Islamic prayer), is an exercise which is good for hearth and spine. It also enhances memory and concentration abilities.
THE ISLAMIC PRAYER CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
* standing with hands on top of each other at chest level
* bowing down with hands resting on knees
* standing up from bowing with hands by the side
* going in prostration ("Sajda") once
* lifting face up from prostration but sitting on the ground
* doing a second prostration ("Sajda") and then getting up
These physical movements that a Muslim does during prayer strengthen the joints and muscles and stimulate blood circulation. Consequently, they also prevent the stagnation of blood in the veins of the legs (which may lead to coagulation and other problems).
HERE'S AN ILLUSTRATION:
"Sajdah" (prostration) is a unique position or stance in the regular prayers, which a Muslim is supposed to offer at least five times a day. Although the basic purpose of obligatory prayers isn't to provide physical exercise for people, it is being increasingly recognized that it has plenty of medical advantages.
"Sajdah" is a unique position as this is the only position in which brain (or head) becomes lower than the heart and hence for the first time the blood gushes towards the brain with full force whereas in all other positions (even when lying) brain is above the heart when it has to work against gravity to send blood to the brain.
In the position of "Sajdah", due to the increased blood supply, the brain receives more nourishment and this has good effect upon memory, vision, hearing, concentration, psyche and all other cognitive abilities. People who offer their prayers regularly have more will power and can cope with the difficulties of life in a much better manner. They have fewer incidences of headaches, psychological problems and other defects of cognitive function.
PROSTRATION IN PRAYER
Muslim prayers are not the only ones to have such benefic prayer movements.
References to kneeling and prostration to express one's humbleness before the Almighty abound in the Bible and are practiced by such notables as Abraham, Moses and Aaron, Joshua, Elijah, Solomon and Jesus.
Prostration in prayer is still practiced by some members of the Russian Orthodox Church and some Catholics still maintain kneeling in prayer. In contrast, Baptists and other Christian denominations have abandoned kneeling, and the Jewish liturgy has eliminated it altogether. The only exception perhaps is the Samaritan Jew, whose prayer is similar to the Muslim's prayer, but for the language.
I'm Christian, and I haven't abandoned kneeling. Seems like a good thing.
While getting up from "Sajdah" the perennial muscles are one of those muscles which have to pull the trunk back to sitting position and they contract actively.
Similarly while standing up from "Sajdah", the perennial muscles are again actively mobilized and this gives much strength to the muscles important for manpower.
The unique position of "Sajdah" also has positive effects upon the back muscles as while going into Sajdah and getting up from it the back muscle contract actively and they become stronger. Probably it is because of this reason that a person who is regular in prayers will uncommonly get backache.
Although prayer in religion is not meant to be an exercise, there are lots of medical advantages associated with it. Still, the best thing a prayer can offer is peace of mind.

It's generally accepted that there is more or less 6 different Astral Projection Frequencies that one undergoes and we begin to reach for the mystic levels. These frequencies are how our mind functions when we are want to achieve the control and meditation necessary for astral travel and projection.
The real number may vary, but we do know from research and study that these are factual and confirmed. This is nothing new of course. Spiritualists for thousands of years have been performing astral travel. But in these modern times, we can measure and understand what it is we are doing in ways that the ancients would never have dreamed possible.
All of this of course is to heighten and intensify the experiences that we have when we are projecting. Thats the entire goal, to first understand, and then use this knowledge to enrich our experience.
With that in mind, here are the frequencies referred to:
GAMMA FREQ - everyday frequency - when you are going through your everyday routine, this is where your brain is functioning. 39 - 89 Hertz approximately
BETA FREQ - concentration - you brain is slowed up a bit and is prime for solving problems in this date. 10 - 40 Hertz approximately
ALPHA FREQ - brain is relaxed a little, maybe daydreaming for example. 8 - 12 Hertz or so
THETA FREQ - meditation frequency - when your mind is functioning on this level, it's possible that you could project when you mind is in this state. It's somewhat unlikely however. As you continue to practice it's more likely that you could begin to project at this frequency. 4 Hz - 8Hz
DELTA FREQ - Sleep. At this frequency you are out cold. Nevertheless, out of body experiences are quite possible and common at this frequency. Typically, they are not controlled travel, but spontaneous because of the fact that you didn't begin from a controlled state. It is said that we all astral travel in our sleep regardless of whether or not we are aware of it..5 to about 4 Hz
EPSILON FREQ - less than.5 Hz or greater than 100 Hz - these two extremes of the frequency spectrum have the ability to support mystic experiences. Your brain is functioning on a level that is multi dimensional and is very likely to allow and promote astral projection.
Why is all this important? Because these frequencies can be reproduced outside of the brain and can also assist in your astral travels. Research shows that playing particular beats while you are meditating can actually assist with astral travel and possibly make existing experiences deeper and more meaningful. No one really knows how this is possible, but it works.
A pair of tones, monaural beats in the alpha and theta range when played to a person attempting astral travel, create a third more intense frequency in the brain that encourages an out of body experience.
Isochronic tones are created by using a pair of tones that do not differ. Again, the presence of the tones is favored by your brain when attempting astral travel.
