Pagan Eye The Roman London Games
In the Estrangement Once-over of the London Olympics tonight, Friday 27 July, I unhurriedness I'd post a picture of an ancient games ground in London dating back to Roman era.

The photo shows the corpse of London's in a minute Roman amphitheatre, which lies below the Guildhall Art Terrace. Use and good cheer in ancient era was brightly bloodstained by modern morals. As well as study races and training, crowds would shoulder gathered to assertion out of control animal fights, kingdom executions and gladiatorial combats.

The corpse of the spanking cycle parapet of the amphitheatre were rediscovered by archaeologists working on the site of the Guildhall Art Terrace organization in 1988. The museum and corpse of the amphitheatre are free to visit. You can find them at Guildhall Deck, London EC2V 5AE.

My Pagan Eye posts print photos that I find luscious - migratory images, pagan sites, happenings, or suitable desirable pictures.

If you command to send me a photo for a Pagan Eye post, suit email it to badwitch1234@gmail.com Let me know what the photo shows and whether you command your name mentioned or not. For copyright reasons, the photo must be one you shoulder taken yourself.
