This is a spell used to make the best of a bad situation; to turn a frustrating or stressful situation into a good one.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* circular piece of cloth that is easy to sew through
* scissors
* needle
* gold thread
* rose petals (colour varies on intent)
* thorns - long ones, at least 1", hawthorn or blackthorn is best
STEP ONE: Take your cloth and cut it into pieces. Think of all your frustrations and cut the cloth into the same number of pieces as your "thorns".
STEP TWO: Take the gold thread and stitch the cloth back together, while chanting:
Fige problemat;
Be whole, be well, be new.
STEP THREE: Take the cloth and form it into a pouch. Place 1 rose petal for each piece you cut and place them in the pouch, repeating:
Fige problemat;
Be whole, be well, be new.
This is also a great time to add in any other representations you'd like to. I'd try to keep them positive, personally.
STEP FOUR: Take the now-whole pouch and tie it off with some more gold thread. Take at least 2 thorns and pierce the opening shut, preferably in a criss-cross shape.
STEP FIVE: Now you have a pouch! You can hang this up somewhere, wear it, or bury it. Or whatever else suits your fancy, really. I'm a fan of hanging them up, personally.
Happy casting!
